About me
Carola Boer
Creating impact by making leaders and their teams more successful, that is what makes me tick.
I believe that it is the people behind the business who really make the difference:

After 25 years of building brands, developing people, teams and organization in various marketing and executive roles (including FrieslandCampina, Unilever, Douwe Egberts and a start-up), I have turned my head now to help other leaders to excel. To get the best out of themselves and their teams.
From own experience I know what you encounter as a leader. In your organization, management team or own team.
As a leader you can feel lonely and sometimes you stand alone in your decisions. It can be of great value to have a sounding board or mirror.
Someone who understands the challenges you encounter. Who can help you in terms of strategy, and also give you the right tools to bring your own leadership and team to the next level.
I usually quickly see what is needed to enable leaders to bring out the potential in themselves and their team.
On top of that I'm happy to share my own experience and insights with you in order to make you more successful.
Further about me:
I am married and mother of two daughters. In my spare time I like running, playing golf, skiing, having dinners with friends, painting and reading. You can also regularly find me in Italy, one of my favorite countries.
